CANCELLATION POLICY

At our veterinary clinic, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require rescheduling or canceling an appointment. We no longer charge a cancellation fee. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment or less than 48 hours before a surgery may require a deposit to reschedule. Providing notice when possible allows us to offer the time slot to another pet in need of care.

In the event of a no-show, no-call situation, we reserve the right to charge a fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the missed appointment and the lost opportunity to provide care to another pet. The specific fee amount may vary depending on the type of appointment and the services that were scheduled.
