CANCELLATION POLICY

At our veterinary clinic, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for appointment cancellations. However, we kindly request that clients provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if they are unable to make their scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another pet in need of care.

In the event of a no-show, no-call situation, we reserve the right to charge a fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the missed appointment and the lost opportunity to provide care to another pet. The specific fee amount may vary depending on the type of appointment and the services that were scheduled.
